Our Mission
Our mission is to reduce violence, promote unity and improve the quality of lives in our community. Moving Forward's mission is also to encourage education and assist in creating economic opportunities for our youth and young adults.
What We Do
Moving Forward connects the youth with resources needed to succeed from mentors, to tutors and to job opportunities. We provide the necessary tools to suceed.
The Founder
Denise London founded Moving Forward Community Center to help trouble youth ,at risk families and homeless and unemployed individuals , by employment through concessions fundraising for over 12 years. Denise is also dedicated to facilitating sucess of students by way of assisting with tuition,transportation and the purchsase of books and supplies. In addition, MovingForward Community Center has been and will continue their goal os supporting the youth and homeless persons with job placement/employment of life skills.
